PRK98 Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PRK98 platform — whether through the website at prk98.app or through the PRK98 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not create an account. Continued use of PRK98 after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the PRK98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PRK98.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PRK98, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when creating or using an account.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from PRK98 under any prior account.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

PRK98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending review, and any winnings generated during underage use will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on PRK98. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or any combination of identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact detail, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification. Providing false information at any stage is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• PRK98 will never ask for your password through any communication channel including support chat or email.
• You must notify PRK98 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• PRK98 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a player sharing their credentials or failing to keep them secure.

PRK98 may carry out identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal requests. This process may involve requesting a copy of a government-issued identity document. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account access and withdrawal eligibility.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on PRK98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods may vary and the platform may update supported channels from time to time.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. Check the deposit page for current minimums before transacting.
• PRK98 does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which PRK98 has no control over.
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods registered to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your PRK98 account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to passing any applicable identity verification requirements. PRK98 processes withdrawals in PKR to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank accounts registered in the player's name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount, which is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• PRK98 does not charge withdrawal fees. The full PKR amount requested will be sent to your nominated payment method without deduction on the platform's side.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If a bonus was used, the relevant wagering requirements must be completed before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• PRK98 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing a withdrawal request. This does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part but is part of standard account security procedures.
• Processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically handled quickly, while bank transfers may take additional business days depending on the receiving bank.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PRK98 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own set of terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of the overall Terms and Conditions when a player opts into a bonus.

• Bonuses are applied to your account balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be requested from bonus-derived funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• PRK98 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed incorrectly, fraudulently, or in breach of the offer conditions — including cases where a player created multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will not be affected by changes made after activation.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the PRK98 platform — including slot games, live casino tables, and any other casino content — operate using certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes observed through live video streaming. PRK98 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. PRK98 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of a confirmed technical error that demonstrably affected the result.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or platform error — any bets placed during the affected round may be voided and returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed fault may not be paid out.
• Players must not use any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with any game on the platform. Any player found using such tools will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings generated through automated play will be forfeited.
• Collusion between players — including at live casino tables — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• PRK98 games are intended for entertainment. The house edge varies by game type and is reflected in the published Return to Player (RTP) figures where applicable.

08 Sports Betting

The PRK98 sportsbook allows registered players to place bets on cricket, football, Esports, and other sports events. Betting markets include match winner, in-play options, and various other market types depending on the event. Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, and other cricket fixtures are covered throughout their respective seasons.

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing.
• Bets accepted by the platform are binding. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific bet.
• In-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Where a partial result has been determined, PRK98 may settle bets based on official rules for the specific market type.
• PRK98 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a manifest error. Players who placed such bets in good faith will have their stakes returned.
• Betting on the same event from multiple accounts — whether to guarantee a profit or to exploit promotions — constitutes advantage play and is not permitted.

09 Responsible Gaming

PRK98 is committed to providing a gaming environment that remains enjoyable and within the player's control. The platform includes tools to help players manage their activity, and we encourage all players to use them proactively rather than reactively.

• Players can set deposit limits on their accounts to manage how much they fund their balance within a given period.
• If you feel your gaming habits are becoming difficult to manage, you can request a temporary account break or self-exclusion through the PRK98 support team.
• PRK98 recommends that players set a personal entertainment budget before playing and treat that budget as a fixed amount — not a target to chase.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

PRK98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is a reasonable basis to do so. Grounds for action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Breaching any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Attempting to defraud the platform, exploit bonuses in bad faith, or collude with other players.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PRK98 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned and account access restored. Where a breach is confirmed, PRK98 may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact PRK98 support at any time. Any remaining balance at the point of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, provided that all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

11 Privacy & Data

PRK98 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and platform use. This data is handled in accordance with the PRK98 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

• PRK98 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data collected for identity verification is stored securely and used solely for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms
